What an amazing experience from Check in to check out! The room was modernly designed and pristine. Great amenities in the room (dishes, glasses, a pitcher of water that you can refill in the lobby, micro and fridge) and for the beach (towels, chairs, snorkel, sunblock and beach bags!!). The included breakfast is AMAZING! So many hearty choices and everything is made onsite and to order. The onsite restaurant is a local favorite for a very good reason. Everything we tried was delicious! The staff is lovely, I left a white shirt on the bed and they made sure I got it. It is centrally located – we literally walked everywhere! Steps from the path to Camana Bay which was great for morning walks, coffee runs and dinner offsite.

Nice room; I like the two-story space so my friend & I each had plenty of space & privacy. The staff are excellent, thoughtful & kind & helpful. Conveniently located, with a decent restauraant at the lobby level and within easy walking distance of additional restaurants !

We stayed around the holidays as a family. The location is very convenient, walking distance to Canama Bay, Foster’s Supermarket, restaurants, etc. Also, since it’s on the main street, was so easy to catch taxis and public buses. The atmosphere was contemporary, unique, boutique, and efficient. The room was spacious for our family of four. We thought it was very good value considering how expensive other ‘hotels’ are around the Locale. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast every morning downstairs. We are generally VERY CLEAN, therefore the cleanliness was just fine, like 4 stars, but we do have higher standards. It was slightly noisy from the chairs dragged in the room upstairs, otherwise surprisingly it was quiet. What differenciate this hote is the service of EVERY STAFF MEMEBER. Even the security personnel early in the morning was extremely helpful trying to secure a taxi to the airport before 6AM. We are forever thankful. The restaurant employees were all very polite, professional, and pleasant. I’d say, do not spend $1,000 a night at other nearby hotels. The Locale will provide superior value and service.

My family of 4 (children are 16 and 19) enjoyed our visit to The Locale Hotel. Hotel is centrally located, rooms are large, staff is extremely friendly, hot (free) breakfast served quickly, and you can borrow chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. for free. No direct access to beach so you have to walk down to public access point but we rented a car so it didn’t matter. Plus, Scoops Ice Cream is on the bottom floor! Only concerns we had were that the pillows are quite large which made it uncomfortable and given that it’s right on West Bay road so sometimes you hear cars racing down the street. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

The Locale was the perfect hub for our trip to Grand Cayman Island. The distance to beaches and Camana Bay is short enough to walk. The rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant is good, and the staff polite and helpful. Added bonus that they have beach chairs to bring to the beach free of charge.

😀 – Wonderful staff, always friendly and ready to help. Clean rooms, in walking distance of beach, wonderful breakfast, comfortable beds and big shower – bonus. The breakfast choices were good and the chef prepares the hot food for you right there, no buffet style. The hotel offers plenty of clean beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. We chose to walk a little further to our favorite part of the beach which was maybe 20 minutes, but closest beach is a 5 min walk. 😞 – It’s bit close to the main road, so you’ll get some car/outdoor noises but not too bad.
