Initially, we visited in January to celebrate my daughter Eva’s birthday; however, we had to depart early due to a winter storm in New York City. We returned in April for a four-night stay to make up for the missed visit. The staff welcomed us as if we were family, inquiring about the storm and the well-being of our loved ones. Gratitude is also due to Sara Eva at the front desk, who responded to all inquiries with professionalism and kindness. Additionally, I appreciate Tyron’s prompt assistance in fixing the safe in our room; he dispatched a technician within five minutes.I highly and strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an escape from the hectic city environment.I appreciated the tranquil atmosphere of the establishment.
