Our stay was very good overall! Nice clean, facility and elevator for when lugging bags…breakfast was fresh & great daily choices. Close beach access and no crowds late April..only issue was difficult to get cooler water in the shower without water pressure going down; beautiful loft room on 3rd floor though and very big bathroom which we enjoyed..good value near a gorgeous stretch of beach on 7 mile.. | Liked: cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Tyrone was amazing. He made this experience a 10/10, genuinely. He was above and beyond!! Best customer service we’ve experienced from a hotel.The room was just amazing. So spacious and comfortable. Bed was a great mix of firm but still very comfortable!Breakfast was just ok, would recommend going out and exploring for that.Peppers across the street had really good late evening food, but was quite busy, still great service.No gym but they do have a small outdoor pool & they provide beach towels, life vests and chairs.All in all, we would stay again & would recommend the place out!

The front desk staff, maids and restaurant servers were efficient, cheerful and helpful. The room had had a recent upgrade done and was spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Location is central to Georgetown, Cabana Bay, SMB and the western area. I’d stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, the rooms are large with everything you need, they have accessible rooms as well. It’s a short walk to seven mile beach and you get breakfast too, team there are all nice and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent in-house restaurant, plus many other great dining options nearby. Well equipped rooms, with powerful but very loud AC (bring earplugs). Short walk to the beach with chairs available to borrow (don’t bother with the umbrellas, as they’re barely wide enough to cover one person). Initially, we visited in January to celebrate my daughter Eva’s birthday; however, we had to depart early due to a winter storm in New York City. We returned in April for a four-night stay to make up for the missed visit. The staff welcomed us as if we were family, inquiring about the storm and the well-being of our loved ones. I would like to extend special thanks to Tyler Kelly, the manager, whose warm smile brightened our day. Gratitude is also due to Sara Eva at the front desk, who responded to all inquiries with professionalism and kindness. Additionally, I appreciate Tyron’s prompt assistance in fixing the safe in our room; he dispatched a technician within five minutes.I highly and strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an escape from the hectic city environment.I appreciated the tranquil atmosphere of the establishment. It provided an ideal setting for relaxation and a respite from the stresses of daily life. The ambiance was particularly appealing, and from the moment of our arrival, we felt both relaxed and welcomed. The staff demonstrated exceptional care and attentiveness throughout our stay. Overall, it was a refreshing escape.The hotel exudes a calm yet sophisticated vibe. It is evident that considerable effort is made to ensure guests feel comfortable and at ease. I had an amazing stay at The Locale Hotel in Grand Cayman, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel has a modern, boutique feel that I really appreciated. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable—everything felt fresh and thoughtfully put together. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. One of my favorite parts was the location. It’s just a short walk to Seven Mile Beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the crystal-clear water and stunning sunsets without being in an overcrowded resort setting. Hidden gem! We had an amazing stay at the Locale! Everything was incredible. The room was large and very clean, the coffee maker with included coffee pods a bonus. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful, particularly Tyrone, always a big smile. The breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant staff excellent. Close to Camana Bay and the water taxi. So easy to grab the public bus right out front and walking distance to downtown and many bars and restaurants made exploring so easy ! The beautiful beach steps away and having beach chairs to borrow was so convenient ! We cannot wait to return.

We needed a hotel close to the airport for a one day lay over. Hotel was 10 minutes from airport and located near a shopping and dinning area. Check in was quick, room was modern, clean and very spacious. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The Locale Hotel is perfectly situated. The walk to the beach is short. It is close to restaurants and to Camana Bay. We really enjoyed our stay at the Locale, staff are super friendly and very helpful. The place is clean and I can’t express enough how friendly the staff is, would definitely return!!

We had a fantastic stay at Locale and would recommend it to everyone. The property and room were great, but what makes this place is the incredible staff. Everyone we met was so kind and happy to help. Staff was always buzzing around cleaning and keeping the hotel in tip top shape. We also loved the breakfast that was included. The location was so convenient as well. Overall, this hotel is an incredible value and we will return.
