Hotel is located with many amenities close by. Food and service at the hotel was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay was great. Rooms are very spacious only thing missing is ceiling fan. Hotel is kept pristine both inside and outside. Pool was great as well and the beach is not a far walk. Everything down to the amazing staff was brilliant, breakfast was fantastic and a brilliant central location. Beach towels and chairs for guests is brilliant. Absolutely brilliant hotel in a fantastic location, the staff are absolutely wonderful, Tyrone at reception is so helpful and polite, Johnny the restaurant manager is fantastic as is Jassette and Mathu. Brandon is also unbelievably helpful and polite in housekeeping. Breakfast is gorgeous and there is a great selection on the menu. Our room on the 3rd floor room 314 was a delight especially for families with a great selection of movies on the TV. I can’t recommend this hotel enough

I stayed here for 7 days with my husband and 6yr old daughter. Everything was great! The location is close enough to the beach to make quick trips back and forth, and just far enough away to not feel stuck in the tourism. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The connected restaurant is filled with great food, drinks, and friendly staff. The rooms are also very soundproof which was good to not feel my child was disturbing others and the nearby street traffic was hardly noticeable. The rooms are very spacious & well stocked with everything you’ll need. Front desk is always available for help & very knowledgeable. This hotel is centrally located. Easy walking distance to a lot and roughly 10 minutes from the airport. The breakfast included was delicious. A pretty nice menu. The ice cream shop and Spa were nice. we visited the spa twice during our stay. My favorite staff employee was Tyrone. He is probably the youngest employee, very mild mannered but great at his job.
