Our stay was very good overall! Nice clean, facility and elevator for when lugging bags…breakfast was fresh & great daily choices. Close beach access and no crowds late April..only issue was difficult to get cooler water in the shower without water pressure going down; beautiful loft room on 3rd floor though and very big bathroom which we enjoyed..good value near a gorgeous stretch of beach on 7 mile.. | Liked: cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Tyrone was amazing. He made this experience a 10/10, genuinely. He was above and beyond!! Best customer service we’ve experienced from a hotel.The room was just amazing. So spacious and comfortable. Bed was a great mix of firm but still very comfortable!Breakfast was just ok, would recommend going out and exploring for that.Peppers across the street had really good late evening food, but was quite busy, still great service.No gym but they do have a small outdoor pool & they provide beach towels, life vests and chairs.All in all, we would stay again & would recommend the place out!

The front desk staff, maids and restaurant servers were efficient, cheerful and helpful. The room had had a recent upgrade done and was spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Location is central to Georgetown, Cabana Bay, SMB and the western area. I’d stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, the rooms are large with everything you need, they have accessible rooms as well. It’s a short walk to seven mile beach and you get breakfast too, team there are all nice and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent in-house restaurant, plus many other great dining options nearby. Well equipped rooms, with powerful but very loud AC (bring earplugs). Short walk to the beach with chairs available to borrow (don’t bother with the umbrellas, as they’re barely wide enough to cover one person). Initially, we visited in January to celebrate my daughter Eva’s birthday; however, we had to depart early due to a winter storm in New York City. We returned in April for a four-night stay to make up for the missed visit. The staff welcomed us as if we were family, inquiring about the storm and the well-being of our loved ones. I would like to extend special thanks to Tyler Kelly, the manager, whose warm smile brightened our day. Gratitude is also due to Sara Eva at the front desk, who responded to all inquiries with professionalism and kindness. Additionally, I appreciate Tyron’s prompt assistance in fixing the safe in our room; he dispatched a technician within five minutes.I highly and strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an escape from the hectic city environment.I appreciated the tranquil atmosphere of the establishment. It provided an ideal setting for relaxation and a respite from the stresses of daily life. The ambiance was particularly appealing, and from the moment of our arrival, we felt both relaxed and welcomed. The staff demonstrated exceptional care and attentiveness throughout our stay.
