The room was immaculate. They cleaned everyday. The room was very nice. They were undergoing some construction when we were there and the elevator was down a few times which was frustrating because we had a young baby with a stroller. The beach was a bit farther than advertised but was still very close. The chairs weren’t as plentiful as we hoped and we were only able to snag one the whole trip. As a precaution. They don’t have beach umbrellas so be prepared to buy your own if you’re planning on using. my stay was great, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comforted, the staff was friendly and helpful, i am looking forward for ny next stay. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious stay

The room was nice, clean, and large. The free “made to order” breakfast was wonderful, and the service was amazing. The pool area was small, but there were several loungers with tables. Location is convenient to the airport, restaurants, shopping and beach. The hotel supplies clean beach towels as often as you need them, beach chairs and beach bags. Breakfast options are a little limited but are very good and made to order. Housekeeping can come daily or every other day and does a thorough job. Room and bathroom were spacious for our family of six. Parking behind hotel is free and very convenient. Street in front of hotel is busy and traffic noise was sometimes bothersome during the night. What a great hotel. Friendly staff, large room and a great location. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to come to Grand Cayman.
