I just stayed at the hotel for 1 week with my husband and young daughter. The location of the property is in the middle of Seven Mile Beach with tons of restaurants nearby including a grocery store and Camana Bay. The hotel staff were extremely helpful with answering our questions and booking excursions. I wanted to personally give Johnny (runs the restaurant) a huge shoutout for his attentive service every morning and making our daughter feel extra special. She always wanted to say hi to him every morning. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is great. Lots to pick from. We also decided to eat dinner one night at the hotel when they were promoting their BBQ buffet. It was so good and the price was very reasonable. I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of May 2026. I had read reviews beforehand, and they matched my actual experience.The room was very nice, spacious, and located on the third floor. I should mention that the elevator is a bit slow, but I used the stairs, which was fine for me. The staff were all very friendly and helpful: they assisted with things like calling a taxi to the airport, which I really appreciated.There is a small swimming pool on the side of the building. Breakfast is included and served à la carte, with about four or five options to choose from.I really liked the room overall. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, and there was a small refrigerator and a safe. There were also plenty of places to sit. There were no blackout curtains, but the shades worked well enough for me.Everything was clean, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. I truly enjoyed my stay.The hotel does not have direct beach access. You need to exit the building, walk a short distance down the street, then turn onto a narrow pathway between other hotels or residential areas to reach the public beach. You’ll need to bring your own umbrella and beach chairs if you want to be more comfortable, though the hotel does provide towels.The beach itself is beautiful, with clear turquoise water and lots of fish. The sea life is very diverse. It’s perfect for swimming and snorkeling, and I really loved it.There are also several nice restaurants nearby, as well as a 24/7 gas station where you can get essentials at any time. There are gift shops and a beach bar within walking distance as well. Overall, everything you need is close by, so you don’t have to walk far.I really liked this hotel and would definitely recommend staying there.

Our stay was very good overall! Nice clean, facility and elevator for when lugging bags…breakfast was fresh & great daily choices. Close beach access and no crowds late April..only issue was difficult to get cooler water in the shower without water pressure going down; beautiful loft room on 3rd floor though and very big bathroom which we enjoyed..good value near a gorgeous stretch of beach on 7 mile.. | Liked: cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Tyrone was amazing. He made this experience a 10/10, genuinely. He was above and beyond!! Best customer service we’ve experienced from a hotel.The room was just amazing. So spacious and comfortable. Bed was a great mix of firm but still very comfortable!Breakfast was just ok, would recommend going out and exploring for that.Peppers across the street had really good late evening food, but was quite busy, still great service.No gym but they do have a small outdoor pool & they provide beach towels, life vests and chairs.All in all, we would stay again & would recommend the place out!

The front desk staff, maids and restaurant servers were efficient, cheerful and helpful. The room had had a recent upgrade done and was spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Location is central to Georgetown, Cabana Bay, SMB and the western area. I’d stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, the rooms are large with everything you need, they have accessible rooms as well. It’s a short walk to seven mile beach and you get breakfast too, team there are all nice and friendly.
